Dump Today LLC offers specialized dumpster disposal services through our fleet of roll-off containers. Our aim is to provide efficient and reliable waste management solutions. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our dumpsters, ensuring both parties understand their responsibilities and liabilities.

Service Request and Scheduling:

To request our dumpster disposal services, customers can utilize our online ordering system or place a reservation via phone call. This dual option ensures flexibility and convenience for our customers.

·     Scheduling: For same-day swap-out or pick-up, contact us at least four hours in advance.

·     Additional Rental Days: Additional days beyond the agreed rental period will be charged at $10 per day, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their dumpster rental with varying refund policies based on the notice period provided.

·     48 Hours Prior: Full refund.

·     Same Day: Cancellation fee of $100.

·     Refusal of Service: Refusal upon delivery will result in a fee of $150.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the weight of the contents placed in the dumpster does not exceed the specified limits.

·     Overloading: Loading above the top walls of the dumpster will result in a $130 charge. If the driver cannot compact the overfilled trash, the dumpster will be left on site, and the charge will apply.

·     If our collection vehicle is impeded or blocked on the scheduled collection date, a dry run charge of $130 per occurrence will be applied.

·     Surface Requirements: Customers are responsible for providing a flat and stable surface for delivery and pick-up. If a customer requests service in an area deemed unsuitable (e.g., uneven ground, soft soil, steep inclines), and the truck becomes stuck or immobilized as a result, the customer will be fully responsible for all recovery costs, including but not limited to towing and labor fees.

Customers must inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Any damage must be reported immediately to avoid liability. Failure to report damages may result in charges.

Additional Charges:

·     Exceeding Weight Allowance: Additional charges of $90.00 per ton for exceeding weight limits.

·     Prohibited Items: Refer to Waste Material Guidelines for more details.

·     Compacting Services: Use of third-party compacting services is not allowed and will incur penalties as determined by our policy.

Weight Allowances:

The weight allowances for our dumpsters are as follows:

·     Standard 20-Yard Rental: Includes 3 tons of waste. Any weight exceeding 3 tons will be charged at $90.00 per additional ton.

·     Standard 30-Yard Rental: Landfill fees are included.

·     Light Load Plan: Does not include a waste tonnage allowance. Landfill fees are billed separately after disposal based on actual weight at $90.00 per ton.

·     Legal Weight Limit: The maximum legal weight limit for a 20-yard dumpster is 5 tons. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

Heavy Materials: For earth materials such as concrete, bricks, stone, gravel, or dirt, dumpsters should only be filled one-third full to avoid overloading. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or refusal of service. Exceeding this weight will result in additional charges. Weight will be measured and charged based on the actual weight of the contents.

Movement and Additional Services:

If a customer requests a dumpster to be moved after delivery within the same job site, a fee of $130 will be charged. Cleaning fees for dumpsters containing restricted or hazardous materials will be billed at third-party rates plus a markup.

Waste Material Guidelines:

The following materials are NOT PERMITTED in our dumpsters:

·     Prohibited Waste - Any waste classified as or containing hazardous substances or materials.

·     Tires

·     Appliances containing Freon

·     Hazardous Waste - Includes asbestos, lead-based paint, and other toxic substances.

·     Chemicals/Solvents - Includes paint thinner, cleaning solvents, and similar items.

·     Paint/ Paint Containers - Cans with wet paint are not allowed.

·     Electronics - Includes computers, TVs, and electronic accessories.

·     Medical Waste - Includes used syringes, expired medications, and similar materials.

·     Fluorescent & Mercury Bulbs - Includes CFL bulbs and old mercury thermometers.

·     Batteries - Includes car batteries and rechargeable batteries.

·     Oil & Filters - Includes used motor oil and oil filters.

·     Dead Animals - Includes roadkill and deceased pets.

·     Propane Tanks - Includes BBQ grill propane tanks.

·     Septic Tanks - Residential septic tank contents are not allowed.

Additionally:

·     Logs exceeding two feet in length or diameter are subject to a $70 handling fee.

·     For land clearing projects involving trees, a $70 hold will be placed on the customer’s card per dumpster. If the landfill determines that the logs do not require any additional fees upon disposal, the hold will be removed. For more details, refer to the Payment Terms section.

Please Note: Only non-hazardous solid waste is permitted in the roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, the items listed above, and any waste classified as or containing hazardous substances or materials. Customers will be charged for any prohibited items placed in the dumpster.

Inspection and Rejection of Prohibited Waste:

Dump Today LLC reserves the right to inspect any waste delivered to ensure compliance with our waste material guidelines. The customer is responsible for ensuring that no prohibited waste is placed in the dumpster, and any prohibited waste will be charged accordingly.

Acknowledgements:

Dump Today LLC is not liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from the placement of roll-off containers. Customers are prohibited from moving roll-off containers using personal or third-party equipment.

Payment Terms:

A prepayment is required at the time of reservation and can be made using a debit or credit card. Any additional charges incurred during the rental period will be processed on the card on file.

For land clearing projects involving trees, a $70 hold will be placed on the customer's card per dumpster at the time of reservation. This hold is applied to cover potential fees assessed by the landfill for the disposal of logs exceeding two feet in length or diameter.

·     Hold Release: If the landfill determines that the logs do not require any additional handling fees, the $70 hold will be released within 3-5 business days, depending on the customer's financial institution.

·     Fee Application: If the landfill confirms that additional handling fees are required, the $70 hold will be converted into a charge to cover these costs.

Customers are encouraged to notify us in advance if their project involves significant tree or log disposal to ensure transparency and proper planning.

Card on File Authorization:

By providing a debit or credit card at the time of reservation, the customer expressly authorizes Dump Today LLC to securely store the card information and to charge it for any and all amounts due under this agreement, including but not limited to: the base rental fee, additional rental days, mileage charges, overweight fees, prohibited item charges, dry run fees, cancellation fees, and any other applicable charges outlined in this contract. This authorization remains in effect for the duration of the rental period and until all outstanding balances have been settled in full.
