Dump Today operates in North Houston and surroundig areas. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, please contact us for confirmation.

You can schedule a dumpster rental by calling our customer service line, filling out the online booking form on our website, or emailing us directly. We’ll help you choose the right size and arrange a delivery time that fits your needs.

Typically, you can keep the dumpster for up to 7 days. If you need an extended rental period, please let us know, and we can arrange additional days for a nominal fee.

Dump Today requires payment in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers for your convenience.

Dump Today’s dumpsters can typically be placed on your property. If you need to place a dumpster on a public street or sidewalk, you may need to obtain a permit from your local municipality. Please check with your local regulations and inform us if special arrangements are needed.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please clear the area where the dumpster will be placed of any obstacles such as vehicles, debris, or low-hanging branches. The surface should be firm and level to support the weight of the dumpster.

If you accidentally place a prohibited item in the dumpster, please contact us immediately. We may need to arrange a special pickup or assess a fee for removing the item, depending on the nature of the waste.

Yes, each dumpster size has a weight limit to ensure safe transport and handling. Exceeding the weight limit may result in additional charges. For specific weight limits and guidance on how to load the dumpster effectively, please refer to our guidelines or contact customer service.

If the dumpster is overfilled or items extend beyond the top, we may need to arrange for additional pickups or assess an extra fee.
